An award-winning M&E contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join its growing project delivery team. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this role offers the opportunity to work on major projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.

The Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site activities
  • Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist installers
  • Ensure mechanical works are delivered in line with programme requirements
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance across all site activities
  • Coordinate with project management, design teams, and other trades
  • Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging processes
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
  • Support commissioning activities and project handovers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E / Building Services sector
  • Experience delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, residential, or large-scale developments
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Relevant industry qualifications or certifications
