We are hiring a Multi‑Skilled Operative to support a major infrastructure project at Euston Station. This role will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of works and support a range of site activities.

Your Role as a Multi‑Skilled Operative:

  • Carrying out a variety of construction and civils‑related tasks across the site
  • Assisting with excavation, reinstatement, and general groundwork activities
  • Supporting site teams with operational and maintenance duties
  • Working safely within live construction environments
  • Following all site health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
  • Reporting hazards, defects, or safety concerns promptly
  • Assisting supervisors and site management as required

Requirements for the Position:

  • Must hold a combination of 2 or 3 of the following qualifications:
    • Street Works Ticket (NRSWA or SWQR)
    • EUSR
    • Confined Spaces – Medium Risk
  • Previous experience working on construction, civils, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements
  • Reliable, hard‑working, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Benefits and Pay:

  • £20.11 per hour (PAYE)
  • £30.17 per hour after 39 hours worked
  • Weekly pay – reliable and on time
