About the Company
Danny Sullivan Group is the UK's leading specialist in workforce solutions, deploying over 1,500 operatives daily across major infrastructure and engineering projects. We are at a pivotal inflection point. We want to move from a traditional, successful recruitment model to a data-driven, digitally enabled powerhouse.
About the Role
We need a Head of Transformation to take the lead on our strategic change agenda. The first key deliverables are our group-wide CRM implementation and IT infrastructure overhaul. We need someone to review additional digital transformation projects including knowledge management, cyber security and ways of working. The role will report to the Director for Growth and Transformation and sit on our Senior Leadership Team, supporting directors and peers with transformation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM Evolution: Act as the senior business owner for our group-wide CRM implementation, managing vendors and ensuring high adoption across the workforce.
- Modernise IT Infrastructure: Rationalise our technology estate to ensure our systems support growth rather than hindering it, whilst maintaining strict cost control.
- Build the Roadmap: Establish a pragmatic PMO capability from scratch, prioritising and sequencing projects that deliver real ROI.
- Drive Cultural Change: Engage stakeholders across sales, finance and operations to ensure new processes stick and 'change fatigue' is managed.
- Develop Capability: Initially 'hands-on', you will eventually build out a dedicated project management team as the portfolio expands.
Personality
- Delivery-obsessed. You measure success in outcomes (costs reduced, processes improved) rather than meetings held.
- High Impact. You won’t just coordinate transformation; you will own it. Your decisions will shape how we scale.
Skills
- Proven Experience: You’ve led business-wide transformation in complex, high-intensity sectors (construction, logistics, engineering or similar). Ideally in privately owned or PE environments.
- Tech Savvy: You have a track record of delivering CRM or ERP implementations that actually worked. You can speak directly and with authority across IT and digital.
- Pragmatic Leader: You build the governance you need, not the governance you can.
- Stakeholder Ace: You’re equally comfortable debating ROI with the Exec team as you are discussing process with Ops Managers.
Ready to Move? The groundwork is done, the investment is approved and the leadership is aligned. We just need you to lead the charge.
