Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Skilled Operative to join a major construction project at Sizewell C. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable construction operative with experience working on major civil engineering, infrastructure or construction projects to secure long-term, ongoing work on a significant UK project.

Your Role as a CSCS Skilled Operative:

  • Carry out general skilled construction and site duties
  • Assist with groundwork, excavation and site preparation activities
  • Support the wider construction team with day-to-day site operations
  • Assist with the installation of kerbs, ducting and associated infrastructure
  • Support drainage, concrete and other civil engineering activities
  • Assist with preparation for tarmac and surfacing works
  • Work safely around plant, machinery and other site operatives
  • Follow drawings, specifications and site instructions where required
  • Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
  • Report hazards, defects and unsafe conditions immediately
  • Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a busy construction and civil engineering team

What We're Looking For as a CSCS Skilled Operative:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience working as a Skilled Operative on construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Experience carrying out general construction and site duties
  • Good understanding of construction site health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work safely around plant and machinery
  • Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
  • Good practical skills and a willingness to carry out a variety of site duties
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a large site team
  • Full UK driving licence beneficial
