I’m currently working with an award-winning MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.

This role would suit someone with proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.

  • Managing mechanical packages through the full project lifecycle
  • Leading project teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
  • Managing procurement activities and project reporting
  • Client-facing responsibilities including progress meetings and stakeholder management
  • Working closely with commercial, design, and site delivery teams
  • Overseeing commissioning and project handover processes

Experience working for an MEP contractor or main contractor delivering building services packages.

Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects.

Strong mechanical building services knowledge.

Commercial awareness and programme management experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant mechanical/building services qualifications beneficial.
