We are currently seeking a dynamic Labour Manager to join our team, ensuring the seamless delivery of labour supply while fostering strong relationships with clients and workers on-site.
About the Role
As a Labour Manager, you will act as the link between our recruitment team and our clients, ensuring smooth workforce operations. You will be responsible for engaging with site teams, overseeing resource allocation, and supporting recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Engagement: Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and managers to maintain strong communication.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in resourcing and recruiting workers in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all new starters have the necessary training, documentation, and PPE.
- Worker & Client Support: Address day-to-day queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive working environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in workforce coordination, site management, or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both workers and clients.
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of compliance processes, onboarding, and right-to-work checks is a plus.
