An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major new-build data centre project in Buckinghamshire, supporting a large-scale development with a circa £90 million M&E package. This role offers the opportunity to work on a technically complex, high-profile project within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction, taking ownership of mechanical delivery across a fast-paced site environment.

The successful candidate will lead mechanical construction activities on site, driving programme performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient delivery across multiple workstreams and subcontract packages.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous Mechanical Construction Management experience within a major project environment
  • Strong leadership capability across site delivery teams and subcontractors
  • Experience managing programme, quality, and project delivery objectives
