We are recruiting Mechanical Construction Managers for a major new-build data centre project in Saunderton. This is a fast-paced scheme with approximately 300 operatives on site, requiring strong coordination, leadership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction activities across the project
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site
- Maintain and drive high-quality standards
- Lead look-ahead planning and coordinate daily site activities
- Order and manage materials and plant
- Manage subcontract packages and ensure performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical construction management
- Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
- Data centre experience preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Must be able to commute to Saunderton (driving required)
