New build data centre project with a large on-site workforce (circa 300 operatives). Fast-paced environment requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction activities on site
- Oversee Health & Safety and ensure compliance
- Maintain high-quality standards across all works
- Lead short-term (look-ahead) planning
- Order and manage materials and plant
- Manage and coordinate subcontract packages
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical construction management
- Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
- Data centre experience preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Must be able to drive to site
