We are seeking an experienced Senior SHEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality delivery across major data centre construction projects in the London area. This is a senior, operational role suited to someone comfortable working in fast-paced, high-risk, technically complex environments with demanding clients and programmes. You will take ownership of SHEQ performance on project(s), working closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, MEP teams, and the supply chain to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SHEQ strategy across large-scale data centre construction projects
- Act as the senior SHEQ point of contact for clients, project leadership, and supply chain partners
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and line management to site-based SHEQ teams
- Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, UK health
