CPCS / NPORS Dozer Driver – Long-Term Opportunity on the M5 Junction 10 Improvement Scheme

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver to join the major, long-term M5 Junction 10 Improvement Scheme. This is a landmark infrastructure project designed to improve connectivity, reduce congestion, and support future growth across the region. The scheme includes major highway upgrades and extensive civil engineering works, offering long-term opportunities for skilled plant operators.

Your Role as a Dozer Driver:

  • Operate a Dozer safely and efficiently across a busy highways construction site
  • Carry out earthmoving, grading, and levelling operations in line with site specifications
  • Support excavation and bulk earthworks activities across multiple work areas
  • Conduct daily plant checks and basic maintenance inspections
  • Work closely with groundworkers, supervisors, and site management teams
  • Follow site plans and instructions to maintain productivity and safety standards
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with health & safety procedures
  • Maintain clear communication with banksmen and other plant operators
  • Assist with general site duties when required

What We’re Looking For as a Dozer Driver:

  • Valid Blue CPCS Dozer ticket or NPORS with CSCS logo (essential)
  • Up-to-date SEQOHS medical, or willingness to undertake one before commencing work
  • Previous experience operating Dozers on civil engineering or highways projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Own transport due to site location
