Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Welfare Cleaner to join a major, long-term infrastructure project on the A417 “Missing Link” scheme in Gloucestershire. This is a high-profile highways project delivering a new 3.5-mile dual carriageway connecting Gloucester and Cirencester, improving safety, reducing congestion, and enhancing regional connectivity.
Your Role as a CSCS Welfare Cleaner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within all site welfare facilities
- Clean and sanitise welfare units including offices, cabins, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities
- Ensure welfare areas are well-presented, stocked, and safe for all site personnel
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, hand towels, and cleaning supplies
- Carry out regular checks to ensure welfare facilities meet health & safety and hygiene standards
- Safely dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures and environmental regulations
- Keep access routes, welfare entrances, and communal areas clean and free from hazards
- Report any defects, damages, or maintenance issues within welfare facilities promptly
- Support the site team in maintaining a clean, compliant, and organised welfare environment
- Adhere to all site health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For as a CSCS Welfare Cleaner
- SEQOSH Safety Critical Medical (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in welfare cleaning or a similar site-based role preferred
- Good understanding of hygiene standards and health & safety on construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Own transport required due to site location/access
