An award-winning Tier 1 MEP Contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship £100M–£130M MEP project in Kouvola, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading building services contractors, delivering a major mission-critical project while benefiting from an attractive overseas package, structured rotation and genuine long-term career progression.
Working as part of the commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account:
- Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports.
- Managing change control and commercial risk.
- Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise project performance.
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have:
- Experience working for an MEP, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Contractor.
- Experience delivering commercial aspects of major construction projects.
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.
