An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major new-build data centre project in Buckinghamshire, supporting the successful delivery of a circa £90 million M&E package within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
This role will be responsible for:
- Leading electrical construction activities on site
- Driving programme performance

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating electrical construction activities across site delivery teams
- Managing subcontract packages to ensure programme and quality objectives are achieved
- Undertaking look-ahead planning and supporting programme delivery milestones
- Collaborating with project teams to maintain delivery performance and project objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Electrical Construction Manager position within large-scale construction projects
- Data centre experience preferred
