With a strong reputation for technical excellence, collaborative delivery, and repeat business with leading Tier 1 contractors, this is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business operating at the forefront of structural refurbishment and alteration projects throughout London and the South East.

An experienced Contracts Manager is required to oversee multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, profitably, on programme, and to the highest standard. You will play a key role in client management, operational delivery, programme coordination, and commercial performance across a varied portfolio of structural alteration and specialist construction schemes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in a Contracts Manager position
  • 8+ years' experience delivering structural alteration projects
  • Previous experience working for specialist subcontractors rather than main contractors
  • Proven track record delivering projects for Tier 1 Main Contractors such as Mace, Multiplex, Sir Robert McAlpine, Skanska or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • Experience using ASTA Powerproject programming software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
