An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major new-build data centre project in Buckinghamshire, supporting the successful delivery of a circa £90 million M&E package within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment. This role will be responsible for leading electrical construction activities on site, driving programme performance, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient project delivery across a large multidisciplinary workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate electrical construction activities across site delivery teams
  • Manage subcontract packages to ensure programme and quality objectives are achieved
  • Drive Health & Safety standards and promote best practice across site operations
  • Undertake look-ahead planning and support programme delivery milestones
  • Manage materials, plant requirements, and site coordination activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain delivery performance and project objectives
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Electrical Construction Manager position within large-scale construction projects
  • Data centre experience preferred
  • Strong leadership capability within site-based delivery environments
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and programme delivery
  • Ability to commute to Saunderton due to the project location
