Supply Care Solutions are working with a nursery in Surrey to place an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and creating a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.

SALARY: up to £50,000 per annum

TYPE: PERMANENT

HOURS: This is a Full time role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri)

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who:

  • Has a strong background in early years education and childcare
  • Has previous leadership or management experience within a nursery setting
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Is confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Manage staff performance, recruitment, and development
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
