Prism 7 Resourcing is now looking for a Soil Controller (Operations) to work for one of our clients located in the Basildon area. Mostly office work. It is a MUST to have a driving licence.

Job Purpose: Provide support, advice and guidance to the operational businesses on matters of waste acceptance and classification. Compliance checking to ensure that waste is accepted in line with relevant legislation, guidance and authorisations.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Understanding of data analysis and sampling
  • Good knowledge of the waste industry and of contaminated soil disposal, waste legislation and CLEA (Contaminated Land Exposure Assessment) contaminated Land Model
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • An understanding of how landfill works
  • Customer Orientated (Customer First)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (2x 30 mins unpaid breaks)

Pay rate: £13/h
