Due to recent growth, Prism-7 resourcing are on the lookout for a recruitment resourcer to join our team here in Rainham, Essex.
What does the role look like? Well day to day you can expect to undertake the following within your role:
- Advertising vacancies and interviewing workers over the phone and on a face to face basis
- Liaising with our lovely clients, taking details on upcoming bookings and being their day to day contact
- Reacting to incoming bookings outside of office hours, with the support of your team
- Using our internal CRM, paying great attention to detail regards to compliance is a must
- General administrative duties
In order to be eligible you would need to meet the following criteria:
- At least 6 months admin/Recruitment experience
- Good standard of spoken and written English is a must
- Willingness to learn the industry
What is in it for you?
- Pay: £12.21 per hour whilst working as a temp during your probationary period
- Pay once permanent is negotiable depending on experience and performance
- Bonus structure once permanent, with great potential to earn more
- Working hours: 09:00-17:00
- On call phone provided by the company, you are expected to be on call 1 week in 4
