What you will be doing
- The Work: As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the plant running smoothly and efficiently. You'll make sure maintenance plans maximise equipment uptime while keeping costs under control. Your role will blend technical oversight, budget management and strong leadership to support high standards in food safety and quality.

- Drive operational excellence: Oversee engineering compliance and manage maintenance through CMMS and OEE systems, helping the site improve performance and adopt lean ways of working.
