The Work:
As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the plant running smoothly and efficiently. You'll make sure maintenance plans maximise equipment uptime while keeping costs under control. Your role will blend technical oversight, budget management and strong leadership to support high standards in food safety and quality.
Lead and develop:
Support, coach and motivate your team, creating an environment where people feel engaged and aligned with Danish Crown's values and goals.
Drive operational excellence:
Oversee engineering compliance and manage maintenance through CMMS and OEE systems, helping the site improve performance and adopt lean ways of working.
Plan and deliver:
Manage budgets, contribute to CAPEX planning and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Work with others:
Build strong relationships across the site and beyond, working with senior leaders and external partners to shape strategy and respond to equipment issues when they arise.
What you will bring:
