What you will be doing
- System Management: Using the PDB system to accurately book products and maintain production flow.
- Manual Operations: Handling the derinding process and moving dolavs to keep the workspace efficient and organised.
- Operational Support: Assisting the butchery lines by preparing pork legs to standard specifications within a fast-paced, cold-store environment.
- Compliance: Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards to protect our products and your colleagues.
The Work: You will play a vital role in supporting the daily performance of our butchery hall through a mix of technical system work and essential floor support.
