What you will be doing
- As Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the plant running smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll make sure maintenance plans maximise equipment uptime while keeping costs under control.
- Your role will blend technical oversight, budget management and strong leadership to support high standards in food safety and quality.
Lead and develop:
- Support, coach and motivate your team, creating an environment where people feel engaged and aligned with Danish Crown’s values and goals.
Drive operational excellence:
- Oversee engineering compliance and manage maintenance through CMMS and OEE systems, helping the site improve performance and adopt lean ways of working.
Plan and deliver:
