What you will be doing
- As Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the plant running smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll make sure maintenance plans maximise equipment uptime while keeping costs under control.
- Your role will blend technical oversight, budget management and strong leadership to support high standards in food safety and quality.
Lead and develop:
- Support, coach and motivate your team, creating an environment where people feel engaged and aligned with Danish Crown’s values and goals.
Drive operational excellence:
- Oversee engineering compliance and manage maintenance through CMMS and OEE systems, helping the site improve performance and adopt lean ways of working.
Plan and deliver:
- Manage budgets, contribute to CAPEX planning and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Work with others:
- Build strong relationships across the site and beyond, working with senior leaders and external partners to shape strategy and respond to equipment issues when they arise.
What you will bring
- A proven track record in an engineering leadership role, ideally within food manufacturing, with experience in project delivery and improving site reliability.
- A qualification in Engineering or Maintenance, with solid knowledge of lean principles, root cause analysis and experience working with CAPEX, CMMS and OEE systems.
