The Work:

  • You will play a vital role in supporting the daily performance of our butchery hall through a mix of technical system work and essential floor support.
  • System Management: Using the PDB system to accurately book products and maintain production flow.
  • Manual Operations: Handling the derinding process and moving dolavs to keep the workspace efficient and organised.
  • Operational Support: Assisting the butchery lines by preparing pork legs to standard specifications within a fast‑paced, cold‑store environment.
  • Compliance: Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards to protect our products and your colleagues.

The Requirements:

  • We are looking for dependable team players who are ready to work in a physically demanding, fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience: While no formal qualifications are necessary as full training is provided, previous experience in a production line or butchery environment is beneficial.
