Daniels Health is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help support 2 Bon Secours hospitals with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job âyou'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

- Memorial Regional Medical Center â 8260 Atlee Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23116
- Richmond Community Hospital â 1500 N 28th St, Richmond, VA 23223
Responsibilities
- Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
- Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areasâthis includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
- Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
- Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
- Using a companyâprovided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
- Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
- Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Someone who's physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, onâtheâgo work.
- A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detailâespecially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
- A canâdo attitude and previous experience in a laborâintensive or logistics role.
