This fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their thriving store in Cumbria. You will work together with the store staff to ensure continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Maximise the store's sales and profitability and drive KPI’s
  • Manage your team ensuring that they are motivated and mentored
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ensure the store is well-kept to the highest standard
  • Admin tasks and team recruitment liaising with the HR team
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies
  • Prioritise security awareness across the store
