This fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their thriving store in Cumbria. You will work together with the store staff to ensure continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store
- Maximise the store's sales and profitability and drive KPI’s
- Manage your team ensuring that they are motivated and mentored
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure the store is well-kept to the highest standard
- Admin tasks and team recruitment liaising with the HR team
