Our client is a ladies fashion brand, recently had a successful overhaul and relaunch, and is moving into a very exciting era. They are looking for a Social Media Manager who will take their social and marketing strategy to the next level, and will oversee all social media activity, manage a Marketing Executive and work closely with the Creative Director to ensure every campaign and post reflects the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social strategy that drives engagement and growth across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure all content is visually strong, on-brand and in sync with product drops and campaigns.
  • Oversee content planning, production and posting, maintaining a consistent and curated feed.
  • Mentor and guide the Marketing Executive to deliver high-quality, timely work.
  • Stay ahead of trends, aesthetics and creators relevant to our audience.
  • Lead creative direction for social shoots and content days.
  • Capture and produce engaging visuals both independently and on set.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Support creation of paid ads, newsletters and web updates.
  • Own influencer strategy – from scouting and gifting to long-term relationships.
  • Identify and manage brand collaborations and cross-platform partnerships.
  • Bring new, relevant ideas that push the brand forward.
  • Manage the social and marketing calendar, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights.
  • Maintain a fast, reactive approach – seizing opportunities and keeping content fresh and impactful.
