This successful and leading fashion supplier is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Senior Account Manager with a strong track record of managing multi-product ladieswear ranges for well-known UK high street retailers.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of key retail accounts, managing the full process from initial customer brief and range development through to sales performance, forecasting and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who understands the fast-paced UK womenswear market and enjoys building strong relationships with major high street customers.

There is the option for 1 day working from home, along with flexible working hours.

  • Own and develop key relationships with well-known UK high street retailers, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Present seasonal ranges and concepts to buyers and lead discussions around new product and range opportunities.
  • Manage multi-product ladieswear ranges, working closely with design and technical teams to develop commercially relevant collections.
  • Build and manage line plans, ensuring ranges are aligned with customer requirements, current trends, and commercial objectives.
  • Manage seasonal sales budgets, forecasts, targets, and margins.
  • Oversee critical paths and ensure products are delivered to agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor sales performance, sell-through and profitability, responding to customer and trading feedback.
  • Identify new product opportunities through market, competitor, and trend research.
  • Work collaboratively with design, technical, merchandising and production teams throughout the product development process.
  • Proven experience within Account Management, ideally within a fashion supplier environment.
  • Experience managing ladieswear accounts for major UK high street retailers.
  • Strong understanding of the UK womenswear market and multi-product fashion.
  • Confident presenting ranges and concepts to buyers and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven supplier environment.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
