We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a thriving fashion company. The Account Manager will work on higher-end high street accounts and will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle.

  • Work closely with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Attend regular customer meetings, present ranges and work to customer briefs.
  • Take ownership of the critical path, ensuring all stages from development through to delivery are met on time.
  • Carry out extensive trend and market research and develop this into trend and mood boards.
  • Manage communication with Far East suppliers, including sending comments, chasing samples, and monitoring deliveries.
  • Track samples, approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, and submissions, maintaining accurate records throughout.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any production or delivery issues, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
