The Logistics Coordinator will support a growing sports lifestyle design and sourcing business, managing the movement of goods across UK and international markets from supplier through to final delivery.

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, on time and in line with budget. This role will work closely with Merchandising, Ecommerce and Customer Service teams to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics operations and support key launches and trading periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating inbound freight from UK and overseas manufacturers and suppliers
  • Booking and managing outbound shipments to customers and retail partners
  • Liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents
  • Tracking shipments and resolving any delays or delivery issues
  • Preparing and checking shipping documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, duties and VAT requirements
  • Maintaining accurate shipment records for reporting and audit purposes
  • Supporting goods-in processes and ensuring accurate stock updates
  • Coordinating deliveries with warehouse and fulfilment partners
  • Assisting with stock transfers and returns management
  • Monitoring freight costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Maintaining shipment and cost reports
  • Supporting planning around peak periods, launches and promotional activity
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure timelines are met

The Logistics Coordinator should have previous experience within freight, logistics or supply chain coordination, with a strong understanding of UK and international shipping processes. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners are essential.

Experience within apparel or consumer goods logistics, knowledge of customs clearance procedures, and familiarity with inventory or fulfilment systems would be advantageous but not essential.
