Ladieswear Print and Graphic Designer – Role Overview

We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing fashion company who are seeking a talented and creative Ladieswear Print and Graphic Designer to join a dynamic design team.

In this role, you will focus on creating all-over prints, placement graphics, and print designs across our Ladieswear ranges. You will work closely with other designers, buyers, and production teams to ensure our prints and graphics are trend-forward, commercially viable, and aligned with brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct trend and market research to identify new print and graphic directions
  • Design all-over prints, placement prints, and graphic artworks for Ladieswear collections
  • Develop and complete tech packs for production
  • Collaborate with overseas factories to ensure accurate execution of designs
  • Interpret and deliver design briefs to meet commercial and creative goals
  • Participate in comp shopping and inspiration trips to stay on top of emerging trends and innovations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar print/graphic design role within the fashion industry
  • Strong CAD skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A strong commercial eye and passion for fashion and print trends
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and international suppliers
