We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Ladieswear Buyer to join a well-established retailer.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on buying across key categories including tops, blouses, and more—collaborating closely with the design and merchandising teams to deliver trend-led, commercially strong collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with design and merchandising teams to build cohesive, fashion-forward ranges
Conduct market research and shop the competition to gather inspiration and insights
Work directly with overseas suppliers and attend factory visits when required
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost targets are met without compromising quality
Manage and maintain the critical path to ensure smooth product development timelines
Lead and support a small team of two, ensuring efficient workflow and development
