Knitwear Designer Overview

An amazing opportunity has come up for a Knitwear Designer to join a thriving fashion company.

The Knitwear Designer will work on ranges across high street customer accounts and in-house brands.

Knitwear Designer Responsibilities

  • Attend comp and inspiration shopping trips, and create trend and mood boards
  • Work on ranges in line with customer briefs
  • Monitor the critical path
  • Design and develop commercial ranges
  • Liaise with the factories in the Far East regularly, sending CADs and packs

Additional Information

The Knitwear Designer must be experienced in designing true knitwear, with good knowledge of different gauges, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
