We’re partnering with a renowned UK outdoor lifestyle brand that’s on the lookout for a passionate Junior Designer to become part of their growing and vibrant team.

In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the full product range — including menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories, and graphics. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced Designers and Garment Technologists to help create stylish, functional, and high-quality products that truly resonate with customers.

This is a hybrid position, with 1–2 days per week in their welcoming Head Office and the rest working from home.

Junior Designer Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of trends, customer preferences, and the competitive market to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Support the design team in developing commercial and creative product designs across all categories.
  • Contribute to the creation of unique all-over prints and graphics.
  • Help range plan each season alongside the design team and Head of Product.
  • Prepare detailed technical CAD packs with fabric and trim specifications for development.
  • Assist with day-to-day organisation within the design department.
  • Travel occasionally for trade shows, market research, and supplier meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of design experience in lifestyle apparel (mens and womens).
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A flair for print and graphic design is a big plus!
  • Solid understanding of fabrics and garment construction.
  • A strong team player who’s also confident working independently.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and ready to bring ideas to life.
  • Open to occasional travel when required.
