- Manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget within agreed parameters, monitoring expenditure, identifying variances, and taking appropriate action to keep plans on track.
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with merchandise forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
- Partner with the Merchandise team to establish, monitor, and improve key supply chain performance measures, balancing stock investment, cash flow, and customer service.
- Analyse inventory performance to identify opportunities to improve availability, reduce excess or slow‑moving stock, and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Communicate stock, supplier, or delivery issues promptly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective resolution and minimising disruption to trading.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inbound Supply Chain team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing, and engaged culture.
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and with external partners to support effective cross‑functional collaboration.
