This highly successful and busy fashion company are looking for a HR Support to work on a part time basis, either 3-4 days per week depending on the candidate. With the continuous growth of the company, and therefore increasing demands, you as a HR professional will bring your expertise to support the staff, and fit into the companies way of working.

HR Support Responsibilities

  • See the recruitment process from start to finish including giving job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Track daily staff clock-ins
  • Ensure policy documents are up to date and in line with legal requirements
  • Monitor sick and absence patterns
  • Be a point of contact for all staff from junior to leadership
  • Coordinate placement student opportunities
  • Maintaining upmost confidentiality
