The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising Overview

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Ecommerce Merchandising to join a highly successful and constantly growing online retailer.

The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising will be tasked with driving sustainable growth and leading initiatives.

The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising will manage a team of 5 and will develop strategies aimed at enhancing marketplace offering, maximising customer engagement and increasing revenue.

The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies aimed at marketplace growth, that align with the company’s overall business aims and objectives
  • Identify and grow strategic partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders and vendors
  • Set KPI’s and regularly monitor these to assess the marketplace initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Regularly present performance reports
  • Analyse sales performance and identify areas of opportunity
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team and encourage learning

The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising Additional Information

The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising must have exceptional knowledge of Marketplaces, with previous experience in a similar role, and have strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in the office required and 2 days working from home.
