- Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple business units, ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support budget holders by providing financial analysis and account reviews.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage and update fixed asset registers.
- Coordinate financial information from overseas operations.
- Post monthly journals to the general ledger.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis or produce reports as required.
Additional Information
- Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Competence with various software, including spreadsheets and database systems.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
Confidence in engaging with both financial and non-financial managers at all levels.
