Assistant/ Junior Knitwear Designer Overview

We are working with a renowned fashion company who are looking for an Assistant/ Junior Knitwear Designer to work across Knitwear.

The Assistant/ Junior Knitwear Designer will work on ranges across high street customer accounts and be experienced in designing true knitwear, with good knowledge of different gauges.

Assistant/ Junior Knitwear Designer Responsibilities

• Carry out trend and market research
• Work on ranges in line with customer briefs
• Attend comp and inspiration shopping trips
• Design CADs
• Liaise with the factories in the Far East regularly, sending CADs and packs

Additional Information

The Assistant/ Junior Knitwear will have some previous experience in designing knitwear, with good technical knowledge.
