We are working with a successful fashion business who require a commercially aware Womenswear Designer to work within their well-established nightwear and loungewear department. The Womenswear Designer will design garment shapes for high street customers; experience in designing prints would be beneficial, although not essential.
Womenswear Designer Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with factories overseas
- Create detailed tech packs
- Analyse current and future trends, create mood boards and trend packs and interpret trends into range
- Attend customer meetings and work into customer set briefs
- Assist in designing and developing commercial ranges
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate for the Womenswear Designer role must have some experience working in a design role with a creative flair and excellent communication and organisation skills.
