We are working with a successful knitwear supplier who are looking to recruit an Import Merchandiser to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) and support order processing.
  • Update and track the critical path, ensuring key dates are met.
  • Maintain accurate records across orders, suppliers, and product information.
  • Support the merchandising team in managing the product lifecycle from order placement through to delivery.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers to track production, samples, and shipments.
  • Liaise with factories by processing and raising orders.
  • Request samples, lab dips, and approvals to ensure timelines are maintained.
  • Assist with reviewing and updating product details, including labelling and packaging information.
  • Support shipment coordination, including tracking deliveries and updating internal systems.

Additional Information
