We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supported living service based in one of our three homes in Epsom, Redhill, or Caterham. This is not a residential or dorm care; you will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible within a supported living environment.
This is an active and rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support, including personal care, while accompanying service users on daily community activities, appointments, shopping trips, and social outings. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel, so applicants do not need to own a car.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
- Fluent spoken and written English (essential).
- A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically able to undertake an active role supporting people in the community and assisting with personal care.
- Previous experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
- A good understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and promoting independence is advantageous.
