Trainee Solicitor – Family Care Team (Legal Aid)
Location: Bristol (Hanham) - with hybrid work available once probation passed
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Salary: £24,320 (Recommended by Law Society for trainee Solicitors)

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Family Law with a strong focus on Care Proceedings, Public Law Outline (PLO) work, and occasional Non-Accidental Injury (NAI) cases. You will join a highly experienced team dealing with complex, sensitive matters and receive hands-on experience working on active Legal Aid cases.
- Representing clients in care proceedings involving Local Authority intervention
- Attending Legal Planning Meetings and PLO discussions
- Supporting fee earners on cases involving child protection, neglect, and NAI
