Join a dynamic residential team managing high-quality rental properties across London. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of privately rented residential properties, primarily under Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs). Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on actions required.
  • Monitor rent collection and address arrears in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain landlord and tenant communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation (e.g. gas safety, EPCs, licensing).
  • Keep accurate records using property management systems and prepare portfolio reports.
