We are looking for an experienced and motivated MRICS-qualified Property Manager to join our commercial and mixed-use property management department. This is a fantastic chance to build your professional profile while working within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets, delivering high-quality service to clients and tenants, and ensuring operational, financial, and statutory responsibilities are met across the portfolio.

About the Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day property management duties, oversee associated workflows, and liaise closely with our in-house accounts team. The role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a busy and supportive environment while developing their career and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, including tenant liaison, lease compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and client reporting.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and statutory compliance in collaboration with contractors and Facilities Managers.
  • Oversee service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and financial performance, working closely with the accounts team.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building standards.
  • Advise on lease events, legal notices, and support client engagement through high service standards and regular communication.
  • Contribute to business development and collaborate with agency and lease advisory teams to enhance client offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MRICS qualified,with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property management
  • Strong working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, Health & Safety, and industry standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Experience in managing mixed-use assets including residential is desirable
