We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Leasehold / Mixed-Use Property Manager to support the management of a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property who is eager to develop their skills and progress toward a full Property Manager role. You’ll work closely with Senior Property Managers to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, excellent tenant communication, and strong compliance standards across our leasehold and commercial sites. About You You’re a motivated team player with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in property management. Whether you\’re already in a support role or looking to move into the sector, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use properties, responding to tenant and leaseholder queries and supporting inspections and communications. Support financial processes including service charge budgeting, invoice processing, and arrears monitoring. Coordinate maintenance tasks, contractor access, and track service delivery and records. Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and support major works and Section 20 consultations. Prepare meeting materials, attend AGMs, take minutes, and manage lease data and key dates. Accurately maintain property records and digital files within management systems (e.g. Propman). What We’re Looking For Essential Experience in property management support or general property administration Understanding of leasehold and landlord-tenant principles Highly organised with strong time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset Confident using Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems Desirable Studying toward IRPM or AssocRICS qualification Familiarity with service charge budgets and Section 20 Awareness of building safety regulations and compliance Experience with mixed-use schemes (residential + commercial) What We Offer A friendly, collaborative team within a respected property firm A clear progression path with support for qualifications (e.g. IRPM) Exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties Flexible working arrangements and wellbeing support Regular social events and opportunities for continued learning
