We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Leasehold / Mixed-Use Property Manager to support the management of a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property who is eager to develop their skills and progress toward a full Property Manager role.

You’ll work closely with Senior Property Managers to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, excellent tenant communication, and strong compliance standards across our leasehold and commercial sites.

About You

You’re a motivated team player with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in property management. Whether you’re already in a support role or looking to move into the sector, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use properties, responding to tenant and leaseholder queries and supporting inspections and communications.
  • Support financial processes including service charge budgeting, invoice processing, and arrears monitoring.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks, contractor access, and track service delivery and records.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and support major works and Section 20 consultations.
  • Prepare meeting materials, attend AGMs, take minutes, and manage lease data and key dates.
  • Accurately maintain property records and digital files within management systems (e.g. Propman).

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in property management support or general property administration.
  • Understanding of leasehold and landlord-tenant principles.
  • Highly organised with strong time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems.

Desirable

  • Studying toward IRPM or AssocRICS qualification.
  • Familiarity with service charge budgets and Section 20.
  • Awareness of building safety regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with mixed-use schemes (residential + commercial).
