The Role We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support the delivery of efficient HR services across our property business. This role plays a key part in our employee experience; maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting staff across central functions and site-based teams. About You You are a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in HR and supporting people across the business. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach, you’re confident handling day-to-day HR administration, from onboarding new starters to maintaining accurate employee records. Ideally, you have some experience in HR or office administration, and you\’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment such as property or real estate. You\’re approachable, discreet, and understand the importance of confidentiality. Your communication skills are excellent, and you enjoy supporting others—whether it’s coordinating interviews, arranging training, or helping deliver employee engagement initiatives. You’re eager to learn, adaptable, and keen to grow your career in HR within a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment across surveying, property, and support teams, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer paperwork. Support the onboarding process, ensuring new starters receive induction schedules, system access, and relevant documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and process changes such as starters, leavers, and internal moves. Coordinate training and development activities, including CPD, Health & Safety, and compliance tracking. Monitor staff absence, support wellbeing initiatives, and help deliver employee engagement and internal communication campaigns. Ensure compliance with HR policies, right-to-work checks, and support audit and accreditation processes.
