A leading luxury hospitality business is seeking a Director of Finance to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and drive commercial performance across a multi-faceted operation.
The Role:
- Strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Strong financial controls, governance, cash flow and statutory compliance
- Performance analysis across revenue, cost, margin, payroll and productivity
- Oversight of purchasing, value optimisation and supplier performance
- IT strategy, automation, AI adoption and process improvement
- Ensure statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements are met in a timely and effective manner
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within a self-accounting business, ideally in hospitality or a similarly complex operational environment
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning
- Experience of payroll, PAYE compliance and wider financial governance requirements
- Experience using accounting systems and hotel or operational software packages
- Proven track record of leading change and improving process, control, efficiency, and commercial performance
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams
