We are looking to appoint a Night Supervisor, reporting to the Guest Service Manager, to provide a five-star guest experience through the delivery of a caring and attentive service to our visiting guests, as well as ensuring the security and health & safety of the Hotel overnight. Your day to day;

  • Responsible for you and your team providing a high standard of guest service and welcome to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Ensuring full security and health & safety for the hotel and premises throughout the night
  • Checking in any late arrival guests and checking out any early departures
  • Where necessary serving refreshments to hotel residents throughout the night
  • Setting up and clearing any public areas as necessary
  • Clearing restaurant tables after any late dinners
  • Completing patrols of the hotel and premises throughout the night
  • Being knowledgeable and fully conversant with the hotel fire evacuation plans as well as understanding the fire panel operation
    You will have worked previously in a similar Night Supervisor role and will ideally have worked in a high quality Four-Star or Five-Star hotel.

You will be able to stay calm and responsible whilst ensuring standards are maintained at all times, providing the highest levels of guest service. You will need excellent communication skills and be confident to work on your own initiative. If you are self-motivated and can multi-task this could be for you. You should have a history of supervising a team however personality is what really counts. You will have the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a passionate, loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will have a strong work ethic, good timekeeping and the ability to multi-task whilst working in a pressurised environment. You will be computer literate and previous experience with Rezlynx would be advantageous.
